摘要
以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMEG)为多元醇组分、4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为异氰酸酯组分、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为小分子扩链剂合成了水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过红外光谱、力学性能和耐水性能测试等手段研究了硬段含量对WPU的羰基氢键化程度、模量和吸水率等性能的影响。结果表明:随着硬段含量增加,WPU的羰基氢键化程度、模量和拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率和吸水率减小;当硬段含量为27.5%时,WPU具有较低的模量以及适宜的强度和耐水性能。
Abstract
Waterborne polyurethane(WPU) was prepared using 4,4′-methylenebis(cyclohexyl isocyanate)(HMDI) as the isocyanate component,polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMEG) as the polyol component,and 1,4-butanediol(BDO) as the chain extender.The influences of hard segment content on carbonyl hydrogen bonding degree,modulus and water absorption performance were studied by FT-IR analysis,mechanical properties test and water resistance test.The results showed that as the hard segment content increased,the carbonyl hydrogen bonding degree,modulus and tensile strength of WPU increased,and the elongation at break and water absorption decreased.When the hard segment content was 27.5%,WPU had a low modulus and suitable strength and water resistance.
